We offer several methods of shipping which can be selected in our shopping
cart or asked for during phone orders. The times listed below are provided
by the shipping companies and are only estimates. Times listed only
include business days, not weekends or holidays.
United States Shipping
Please note: Some items are
not available for Express Shipping. If you would like to make
sure an item can be express shipped please call us to confirm.
There is NO Shipping on Saturdays or Sundays so please plan accordingly
Space Suits and Replicas may have additional shipping charged for insurance.
We now use FedEx.com for all US shipping. If you need to ship to a PO BOX or APO box we will ship it out via USPS in those cases only.

Space Toys is not responsible for import fees, taxes or VAT expenses.
These are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned
about import fees or taxes please contact your local post office to find

All shipments via USPS.com will not insured. If your require insurance please contact us directly. Do to the unreliability of the USPS.com for international shipments we do not guarentee delivery. We suggest sending items via FedEx.com. Please contact us for further information.
Lead Times on Space Suits and some specialty products vary. Please contact us for more information.
Although rare, international orders may experience customs delays. There
is no way for us to determine if there will be a customs delay or how
it will affect delivery. In most situations if an item is held in customs
you will be notified by your local postal carrier.
Back Orders: If an item is on back order you will be
notified via E-mail or Phone. Once the item is back in stock it will
still be shipped using the shipping method you selected unless you notify
us differently.
